Set Square were instructed by West Berkshire Council to visually inspect the building fabric and services of two leisure facilities and prepare condition survey reports for the purposes of identifying the likely capital replacement works required over a period of twenty years.

Added Value:

Set Square presented a 20 year costed forward works report which was used by the Council to plan future expenditure.
Our specialist sports surfaces team assessed the maintenance requirements of the sports surfaces within the centres.
The poor environmental conditions within Willink Leisure Centre were traced to a redundant air handling unit which we recommended is replaced.
