Set Square developed a design for the refurbishment of a small 2nd floor loft apartment located in central London.
We put together a concept that allowed the client to fully utilise the double height space and maximise the properties potential by installing a gallery leading up to a suspended bed pod above the main living space. The gallery staircase also doubles as discrete storage space allowing the client to achieve a modern minimalist look. Once a comprehensive design was agreed with the client we then tendered the works and managed the contract through to successful completion ensuring full compliance with Building Regulations.
