Move Management requiring preparation for, change-management and delivery of the relocations.
Project Management including CDM, pre-construction co-ordination, tender preparation and procurement, identifying opportunities for efficiencies in the scheme and contractor appointment through to post-construction services of snagging and handover. Landlord Negotiations including securing License for Alteration and management of exit strategy and dilapidations on temporary accommodation.
