The client had a requirement for insurance re-instatement valuations in order to insure their portfolio at an appropriate premium.
The portfolio was mixed use and included offices, retail, education and residential premises across Southern England. They varied greatly is size, age and situation from semi-rural office business parks to prime locations in Central London and other major cities.
Inspections were undertaken and cost assessments for demolishing and rebuilding each property provided by Set Square for 13 premises. Individual and summary reports provided.
